Lacking in features

Needs ability to download ID cards into apple wallet.

App needs to support Face ID and the ability to download insurance cards to wallet.

The app won’t update

Can’t get into my account via the app. It says it requires an update and when I try it wont.

App won’t allow logon

The app won’t allow me to logon - get an error message every time.

Not a Fan of the new App

It logs me out of my account every time. I need to re-enter all information in order to log in. Not to mention that my phone is unable to store my log in and password for the new app. The credit card information is no longer stored and it doesn’t have auto-fill to make logging in or paying my bill an easier.

Simple, easy to use.

Cannot pay bill via app.

Other than not being able to pay or view your bill or billon history, this app is pretty handy in the case of emergency.

won't open

Can't open the app on my iphone 5 or ipad. Was a good app till it started not working

Useless if won't open

Crashes. Won't open.
