If you are new to Bitcoin and want a safe way to cold storage your BTC sats then Muun is the right wallet for you. Several security options integrated for storing your BTC in the best and safest ways possible on a software wallet. Many recovery options in case your phone gets lost or a boat accident happens. There is one disadvantage which should be improved eventually. No comments possible for invoices which makes KYC impossible, which is now necessary for some services to withdraw your BTC to your own wallet! Would be nice to have! Also 2Factor Authentication, or multiple authentication methods to combine, should be included with Authentcator etc. for even more security! … es fehlt die absolut notwendige Funktion historische Transaktionen zu extrahierten (z.b. im CSV-Format). Außerdem fehlt eine Funktion Notizen zu den Transaktionen hinzuzufügen. Wie sonst soll man große Mengen von Transaktionen beispielsweise für das Finanzamt auswerten? Davon abgesehen, ist die Wallet sehr einfach zu bedienen, es macht sehr viel Spaß damit zu arbeiten. Jedoch bremsen mich die oben erwähnten Mängel die Wallet noch intensiver zu benutzen.

Perfekt um Bitcoin neuen Leuten näher zu bringen. Einfach zu bedienen. Problemlose Nutzung ohne Bitcoin Fachwissen möglich.

Great backup option. Very secure hot wallet. The support of Lightning Network is essential. My biggest complaint is that it cost the same amount of satoshis to send from the Lightning wallet as it does from the Bitcoin wallet in MUUN. If that is fixed then this would be tied for if not the best hot wallet. Update: I greatly appreciate the response. Now I understand the submarine swap infrastructure. The fees make sense. Since you don’t collect fees I can’t see this wallet being anything but a gift to society. In that, I greatly thank you. I would love a way to add money using Lightning and then spend from that instead of L1.

I mistakingly misplaced my recovery code. I contacted customer support via email and Jona came to my rescue. Jona made it easy for me to create a new wallet and transfer funds with a easy to follow step-by-step tutorial. I am impressed with the ease and flow of my experience. Definitely recommend Muun!
