Your app is not allowing to view my daily usage. So I called MVEC in my area and the rep is telling me to go to office. What’s the point of the app then.
The old Magic Valley app used to keep your credit card on file which made it easy to pay your balance. The new updated app does not keep your credit card information on file and I have paid $300-$400 to get my service reconnected due to my meter being an old meter at my apartment complex and they need to send a maintenance man out to reconnect it the reconnection fee is $100. Can we get an app that saves our card so that we don’t have this issue anymore? Or is that how Magic Valley works off of peoples hundred dollar maintenance calls. I know gas went up but this is ridiculous.
app keeps deleting information this happens every two to four weeks. it’s been a pain and this verification process is one of the worst in the world.
App needs a major update. Does not allow for ‘saved’ payment options that make processing payments so much easier.
The old app worked just fine. This one is worthless and frustrating. Every month I have the same issues with logging in.
I didn’t like this new app at all, I hate that it doesn’t allow you to save your credit card info and you have to input every month to pay the bill. Unless I’m the one who can’t find where to save the info.
This app is worse than the last app MVEC had. Does not allow me to make a payment, and always kicks me out of the app. What’s the point of the app if I doesn’t let me make a payment?
If I could rate 0 stars I would, it says I’m using thousands of kilowatts and that I’ve already used 600k kilowatts in a month when it’s impossible I only use an average of 500-700 kilowatts a month. Please fix this
The old app was way better than this crap. This won’t even save my payment info so that I don’t have to keep re-entering every time what payment form I want to use. It’s a mess all around I really hate it.
The new outrage map is useless, the one in the old app was better. The old app would also give updates on the status of a report and there’s nothing like that on the new one.
