Please return this item 💀 they can’t even get a simple app to work. How do you expect them to actually make a solid product. 1/10 worst than Temu quality

First review I have ever submitted. I just got a 100+$ vest for my birthday. App can not pair. The battery is fully charged and has charged for over 5 hours… as soon as my vest shows up on the app, the battery shuts off and the Bluetooth goes looking for the device again… time and time again. I will be returning product and deleting app

Had the socks and purchased a vest - app would only connect off and on. It would also try to pick up other garments that were near me.

The vest seems to warm well using the button on the vest. Unfortunately I am unable to link the vest to the app. This diminishes the functionality of the vest. I am disappointed and will need to return the product.

Socks won’t pair with Bluetooth

It keeps resetting the temperature. I’ll set it to low and then the app will set it to high on its own.

The right sock has never worked no matter what I do. These were a gift so can’t be returned.

I am going to be honest and say that sure, sometimes the app is a bit janky but it gets the job done. it is pretty easy to use and I am grateful it comes in app form as below my ski boots i would not be able to reach the temperature changer. Thank you developers.

Installed the app and connected to my new jacket within minutes. Super simple and easy to use.

I bought heated thermals brand new. I charged everything up with the batteries in it turned them off, then turned them on they would not connect. I waited 10 minutes. I open the app. I closed it still nothing. I turned the garments on and off. Still nothing I manually turn Bluetooth on, and then off still nothing they need to work on getting the app to connect to the clothing.
