I’ve been with mWell since 2022 and they have closely worked with us, physicians, on how to regularly improve the app for all users. The staff are friendly which makes mWell feel like home. Communicating with them has been (and still is) a breeze. If you are a new-passer or an established physician who wants to include Telemedicine in your practice, mWell is the best option. ✨

Super user-friendly c App for both MD and patient. Walang masyadong mga pop ups, ang linis ng every details na pag click mo anjan agad. This App is a perfect EMR for us MDs talaga. I can suggest if we could have a skip payment menu incase I have patients na for follow-ups nalang po sana and for those na linilibre ko po. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Overall ang daling gamitin!🌟🫶

The app is intuitive. Easy to use and stable. No crashes experienced. It is very easy to go around menus. The layout for SOAP is clean. Issuing needed certificates is easy. One thing that can be improved is the referral system to specialists. It would be helpful if specialists near the patient’s area are displayed first.
