Cannot get data from my station since last update - even after reinstalling app and reboot phone. Station working great.

3.5.4 doesn’t work correctly. The sunrise and sunset times are four hours off. The hourly forecast is several hours off.

This app is absolutely useless and does not do anything. First you need to sign up and tell them your location and postal code, provide device if and then it will maybe tell you some of the info that Apple weather app is already telling you. I gave up on device I’d thing, as I have no idea where to get that and the app is not helping.

As previous review stated does not match what current weather display shows.

My goodness, where to begin. I’m sorry if you bought hardware for this already. The sensors have no way of identifying one from the other so make sure you only add batteries one at a time otherwise you’ll know which one is which. Very slow process. Very slow refresh. Support is not great. I wanted to call for help. That doesn’t exist. Just a chat function. I had to add a second hub because the range it say is not accurate. Then I had to delete everything and redo it all one by one again. I thought I was doing to wrong. That is what tech support told me to do. So bad. This technology functions like it was designed in 1991!

I don’t know why it has such poor ratings. Works fine for me. Doesn’t blow my socks off but it’s good.

The app info doesn’t match my weather station info!!!

I was disgruntled when I had to upgrade the hub to continue using the app. I have invested in multiple temp sensors so I did the upgrade (apparently they warned users of upgrade and offered a discount on the new hardware, but I only discovered that when it was too late. Not considerate of the company to not support original customers versus an arbitrary deadline). However I am otherwise very happy with the product. We live in a climate of extremes, and I have a sensor in the greenhouse for summer to warn of overheating, and I move it to an outbuilding to warn me if it dips below a certain temp in middle of winter, which means heater stopped working. Both locations are long distance from hub (300+ feet) and with the booster which is outside in summer and inside on a windowsill in winter, signals are excellent. A second sensor lives year round in sheltered shaded outdoor location for accurate ambient temp, and third is year round in basement to make sure not too cold in winter. All are powered by EDL rechargeable batteries, and operate remarkably well considering the cold (and for long time, months, on single charge!) So the app has been awesome to monitor everything, send temp alarms, check status of sensor, signal and battery at a touch, see graphs of temp history... From my phone wherever I am in the world, or ipad when reading.

Update: I haven’t used this app in well over a year because of all the bugs but I saw an update so thought I would give it a try. I opened the app and had to sign in, I click on the username field and then try to paste my email address in. The window goes away. It is not possible to even log in! This is on an iPhone XR if that makes a difference. I guess I’ll won’t be able to see if they fixed any of the bugs I reported below a long tine ago. Original review below If you are set for Metric the app displays the temperature in Celsius but displays the heat index in Fahrenheit. The program that runs on the PC is also very buggy. Some days it refuses to send data to the server even though the device is connected. Other days it just crashes without warning. Then I get annoying emails telling me that I am not sending data even after I changed the settings to not email me. I'm almost ready to give up on this buggy software.
