Great and easy service!!

95% of the time, the app is unable to process requests.

Hasn’t worked in over a month. Every time I try to open the app says can’t process at this time try again later.

I have money on my card but when paying for something it gets declined.

This app rarely works correctly

don’t use this app unless you want your card info stolen along with your money; was warned after the fact and people who don’t use app have not been compromised. someone is stealing cards though this third party trash

Why do you even have an app? It doesn’t work it’s useless..

I know app creators like to go off the good reviews , they also need to go off the BAD REVIEWS TOO. This app doesn’t work and it has errors loading card information, resetting password, or username. You cannot navigate this as a regular app. FIX THIS PROBLEM. people shouldn’t have to call in every single time to see their balance.

Pretty upset that when a fraudulent charge was made on my card they did nothing but issued a new card. They told me I had to dispute the transaction on their website to get my stolen money back. They said they couldn’t help me set up the dispute and their website keeps taking me to weird website searches. Their website on the back of the card that is on the back of their card is a fake website. I can normally navigate a website but really believe I was set up to fail. I’ve never been treated so bad by a card company.

Haven’t been able to log in lately.
