I can’t even login into my account. The worst app among energy companies in Ireland.

No basic features like competitors to check past consumption at all, only showing last bills, Please add previous daily consumption!

Did the new update today 13th March and it’s now saying payments no longer possible on the app !!! Please fix asap as it’s how I pay my bill

Meter readings - push notification missing

One of the most important consumer feature is to receive notification when to submit meter readings for accurate bill calculations. As of today the app offers basic historical data (bills), lacks meter readings notifications, in-app Bill consumption breakdown, optimization & reccomandation for energy savings.

Well the updated version is here, still won’t open , freeze app is still there , only Bord Gáis could take a bad app and improve it to worse app . Avoid

Basic and not reliable

Missing some key features, would like to see metric reporting and notifications. Also it crashes all the time!
