This app will allow active Vodacom Business Internet customers to access various self-service features. Gone are the days where customers need to call Vodacom to request their basic account and service information.
The features of this App include the following:
Solution Overview
- View all your active, inactive and Open Service Request.
Data Balance
- Check data balance for monthly data allocation and top-up data.
Buy Top-ups
- Buy top-up data when you run out of your monthly data allocation.
Usage
- Check how you used your data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Internet Connectivity
- View the uptime lastly reported by your Vodacom router.
- Router performance.
Connected Devices
- Check all the devices that are connected to your Vodacom router over Ethernet or wirelessly.

Pathetic app and no assistance from Vodacom business help line..

Up Till September 22 this app sort of worked, it is now impossible to log into the app. Don’t bother to try and get assistance from 0821940. They have no clue, and certainly are not interested in finding a resolution to the problem. The app and business support are as good as each other.

Never works

Considering the size of Vodacom this app looks like it was designed by a beginner, it’s absolutely pathetic

This app is completely rubbish , the user interface is a complete mess , this speaks volumes of how good your IT division is 💯pathetic

I have been using my vodacom version 10.6.2 with a 4.3 rating I downloaded the same app after my one iPhone developed some problems Now the app does not work Pathetic

This app is not optimized fot iphone users at all. Terrible to say the least. Vodacom needs to seriously look at getting competent app developers. Urg!
