There’s no option for setting the face ID login in the security settings.

I sign in to my account and once I’m in the application vanishes from my phone to my homepage. This needs a new update.

I dislike this update so much. Nothing is actually up to date in your account when you move things around. App also crashes and takes forever to log in.

Everything’s pretty nice on the new app except facial recognition doesn’t work to save your life. Please fix this.

Plaid is a screen scraper so maybe you shouldn’t blame our bank … ask plaid idiot

You can even use plaid, when you try to have a loan in other banks or any loan company you can’t access in their bank when you use plaid and it goes to sign in bank is either bank is in active or can’t see your bank. Worst ever

After so many years of a plain app it finally got an update. So far I’m liking except….. I can have the facial recognition to open it up. I can’t find where to add that feature 😫

Been on hold for the last 4 days it seems ! Updated system has me locked out of my PLAID account! And the credit card company says it’s not there system at fault delaying my refund
