My chatr

There have been multiple times where my phone would freeze, not due to lack of wifi connection but because of chatr as a carrier itself. Within the last 5 years or so,my experience with chatr, it’s been rather frustrating. That being said, feel like it is time to switch to a different carrier to avoid the same problem.

Tried everything even through the browser. Can’t remove the credit card on file that’s been cancelled for a new credit card have to manually load money each time. So frustrating!

I can log in on the website but when I try to log in on the app. It always says my username or my password was wrong/ invalid after that they blocked my account.

This app sucks it won’t go to the proper screen to fix password keeps telling me logged in too many times reset password I got the email not the right screen

This app will make u lose your sht, you have to do so much stuff just to log in. I had to reactivate my acc even tho I already enrolled it to auto pay Dont use this as your data provider

This application is not working normally. All the time something with passwords. They send link for new password but it doesn’t work. Why it’s doing so stupid. It’s need just phone number and that’s all, app will check the phone number of device and starting. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Actually there no any alternative to top-up your phone. Only using this s………t or doctor sim

Little confused on why I can only pay with TD, First Nations Bank of Canada, or a top-up card. I would like to pay with my RBC account but it won't let me. Other than that, it's cool

I tried signing in. It says I reached the maximum attempts for signing in. I reset my password like it told me to and it still says that I reached the maximum attempts, still not letting me sign in even though I changed my password.
