My Church by Pushpay

I’m going to contact BBB because this app through my church giving took control of my account. I had to stop payments through my bank & even my church couldn’t stop. I want my information deleted from push pays’ system entirely. They keep telling me “I have to delete the schedule “, yet the church administrator nor I can access this. Makes me wonder how many millions they lock into their scheme?

My wife had no problem typing in sjlarnold and finding out church. When I type it in, the j looks like an i and it says church not found. If I try typing a search for St John, I get other church’s that aren’t mine. Is something broke?

I don’t like this app... it’s not user friendly. I am not Sure if it even downloaded, and I couldn’t figure out how to reach my church.

The install is confusing!

It’s so convenient, and easy to use. I haven’t had any issues. 🙏🏽

I can’t make sense of this app.

I am rating this app very low, because I really don’t like the way it is set up. After purchasing from the App Store, it immediately opened up into a page asking for the name of my church. No login, nothing and not even an app to be found. So, I looked under Siri to see if it actually existed, if it actually opened into an app, and it was there. My problem now is how do I delete it or get rid of it. I guess I should call Apple and get some further advice.

The video plays sideways on my iPad. I think this app is designed for an iPhone only, so it won’t properly display on my IPad (plays in portrait mode ... not landscape mode). Please correct! Other than this the app is nice.
