I love it
Very simple and user-friendly. I love this app.
I cannot use the app because it says I have multiple accounts. I previously had an account at an address I no longer live at with Cirro about 8 years ago which is inactive. I signed up to switch service from another provider at an address I have been at for 3 years. I now show 2 accounts, one active and one inactive, which I am assuming are linked due to personal information. I called customer support and there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. I am unable to contact the developer or report an issue with the app. Come on Cirro, you can do better!!!
Your app is painfully slow.
Cirro can be the most amazing electric company out their to work with. They are affordable most of the time and have the best employees you can imagine. But every so often you get that one employee that you would rather shoot yourself in the head. Rather than to deal with Cirro. I’ve had a handful of employees that made me look for other electric companies. But then you get someone from that 75% amazing and stick with them. 75 % of Cirro are some of the best in the business. But that 25% man they could kick rocks. So all in all. Cirro is for me.
This app is terrible it shows no information nothing works probably
Let you track your energy use, except sometimes it won’t log in.
The app is consistently broken. Error9 at login makes it completely unusable. You’d think they’d want it to work since people can pay their bills from it!
Didn’t work for a few months, an update fixed it. Now it’s not working again. Customer service never got back with me for any of my issues, not even once. What a joke.
When I try to log in all it gives me is an error 9. Code I reported it on the app and other places and like nothing is being done about it I switched to this company for its app and web page to be like this 🤦🏼♂️ can’t even log in to pay my bill
