My CityPASS

El CityPASS de Chicago es una excelente opción para quienes desean explorar las principales atracciones de la ciudad a un precio reducido. Con este pase, puedes visitar lugares emblemáticos como el Shedd Aquarium, el Field Museum y el Skydeck Chicago, entre otros. Además, el CityPASS te permite ahorrar tiempo al evitar las largas filas de espera, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Sin embargo, me gustaría hacer una recomendación importante para mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios. Sería muy útil que el CityPASS proporcionara información actualizada sobre los horarios de apertura y cierre de los museos y atracciones incluidas. En varias ocasiones, he encontrado que algunos museos estaban cerrados por eventos especiales o mantenimiento, lo que afectó la planificación de mi visita. Si el CityPASS pudiera incluir esta información en su sitio web o en la aplicación móvil, los visitantes podrían planificar mejor sus itinerarios y aprovechar al máximo su tiempo en Chicago. Aparte de esto, el CityPASS sigue siendo una opción muy recomendable para explorar la ciudad de manera económica y efectiva

Overall I like it, but I’m currently having an issue where when I click on “map and directions”, the app crashes. Why did I write a review instead of contacting support? The process of contacting support was too much work (as it often is). Regarding the city pass itself, I definitely thought it was worth it

The app is sending me location based notifications. Go to the zoo near by! I’m done with my city pass so I tried to turn that off. The app doesn’t show up in iPhone notification manager. It doesn’t show up in general settings. It doesn’t show up in location sharing settings. I can’t turn it off in app. So I deleted the app but I’m still getting notifications! Update: the notifications were coming from Apple wallet.

Very informative and clear, easy to book!

All worked perfect getting our tickets in booking.com and later confirming our reservations. Great application!

Worth the cost!

Love how easy it was to book and change my reservation with the City PASS app! A must when exploring a new city as a tourist!

I lost an entire day of my 3-day trip because of poor customer service. There are better alternative pass apps I used and it was a mistake trying the citypass for this trip. I will never do this again.
