I paid through the app and when i cancelled the appointment and it asked me to pay again and when i tried to cancel the appointment it gave me an error finally when they did cancel it from their end the amount was not returned

يحتاج التطبيق لإضافة حجز موعد "مراجعة" مثل المستشفيات الأخرى، حتى أتمكن من تسجيل الحضور عبر التطبيق.

تطبيق مرات ما يشتغل، وخدمة العملاء سيء كل ما اكلم احد يقول مو قسمي وانا سويت اختبار وابغا نتيجة وكل ما اكلمهم عشان اخذها يقولو كلمة لين خلص الاسبوعين وقت المراجعه

When use app to book appointment i did find any slot for internal medicine on alfasa clinic but same time call the my clinic i easily get appointment Salve this issue with app

التطبيق ممتاز وفيه خدمات متنوعه مثل الاطلاع على نتائج التحليل والاشعة بالاضافة الى الادوية اللي تم وصفها للمريض وأخذ رقم انتظار لدى الصيدلية وغيره من الخدمات، ولكن ينقصة اضافة مواعيد الاسنان والاشعه للتسهيل على المستخدم من الاطلاع على الاطباء وحجز المواعيد

- Never lets me register, immediately takes me to fill out a form and when I fill they say I’m already registered, error. 😀 and it’s just an endless loop Same thing with the website. - When booking for a doctor, it shows that there are no appointments for the whole department, but when I call there’s plenty .

مع الاسف التطبيق يصنف ضعيف وغير فعال ولديه مشاكل في البحث وكذلك مؤخراً لا تظهر التقارير ، مع ضعف المساندة الفنية لحل المشاكل.
