Very worst services. There is no one to atten the complain neither they are giving any responsible person contact no. In customer care also there is no one to look after your complain. This company is only for looting of our public money. I advise all the users to discontinue their connection at the earliest
In the whole month of may, I have complained 19 times for the inetrnet issue. These cx service always raises a ticket for the complaint and without fixing the internet they resolves the complaint. Next day again you have to repeat the same procedure. This company is totally a scam, it's better to have some other internet service provider.

Comway is a pain. I would never suggest anyone to go for comway. They encourage you to take longer plans and then provide bad services. I have a fibre connection and the Internet is down almost every day. I have to raise a ticket every now and then and when u contact customer service all they say is technical issue.How can technical issues happen every day. I am just waiting for my plan to get over.will not advice anyone who works from home. Really Disappointing!!!!
Worst broadband. They have outage every single day and whenever i call customer care they say it’ll b fixed within 2 hours however it gets fixed after 6 to 12 hours.
