Offline error
I was enjoying this app or recently. It keeps giving this off-line error message even when I’m connected to the Internet. I have tried everything it doesn’t work. Please fix it.
App Doesn’t Work Anymore
No matter what I try (restarting my phone, offloading the app, deleting the app, trying the app on a different device) it doesn’t work. All it says is I’m offline, please fix it!! I loved and depended on this app
Offline
I like this app a lot for tracking and it meets my needs. However I can no longer add foods/search for foods at all to track as it says I am offline all the time and so it can’t search. I have restarted the app, deleted and redownloaded it and still it says I am offline (when I am not) very frustrating

Where did my recipes go? Help Please?!
~~~~ Customer Service ~~~~ ~~~ H E L P P L E A S E ! ~~~ February 2023 I’m trying to get a subscription, but some thing isn’t working right. Also, all the recipes that I had manually entered years ago, I can’t seem to find them. I entered these recipes, while the app was still pink and green, and had the weight loss avatars on the main screen. I had upgraded to the full app, which gave me access to creating and entering recipes for the meals I made. It was very helpful, but now that I am trying to continue my weight loss regime I can’t find any of those recipes anymore. Can the creator of this app or its customer service please contact me? I have emailed customer service/help for this app dozens of times over the past three or four years. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ H E L P P L E A S E ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~
Crashing
I love this app and helped me for a while but nowadays it starts to crush or leave the app right when I try to add something to my meal time and why is that??
Super helpful!
It’s everything I would want in a weight loss app. Would get the premium but it’s waaaay too expensive (especially if you’re planning on using the app for a long time). Maybe make it $10 to permanently have the premium.
Bar code scan doesn’t work
The bar code scan function doesn’t work, or doesn’t work on Canadian bar codes. The diarizing of activity and food consumption is time consuming and clunky. The weekly fee of $3.99 seems stiff for an app, but so far the app is helping me control my eating and I have lost weight.
