Issue with Subscription Renewal and Password Reset for MyDrive Telematics App
Hello MyDrive Telematics Support Team, I own a 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser and have been using your app to remotely monitor my vehicle’s status. My subscription expired today, and I would like to renew it. However, I forgot my password. When I attempt to use the “Forgot Password” option, the app prompts me to enter the registered phone number to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for completing the reset process. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the OTP on my phone after multiple attempts. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can renew my subscription and regain access to the app?
