Not able to login after app update

Sim gone unforunetely

It doesn’t work most of the time .. not accurate at all.

I found this app very convenient to manage my etisalat prepaid account

My account easy accessed,and every time I found many devices logged in my account, these devices are not belonged to me, this is insecurity

شركة مليانه منتحلين كل شويه لازم تغير كلمة المرور عشان تقدر تحول فلوس عشان الشركه الكحيانة مش قادرة توصل للحراميه الي بينتحلوا خدمه العملاء .. لو في تقيم تحت الصفر كنت عطيتهولكم

While I am traveling abroad after one week the service was down no calls incoming or outgoing. Very poor customer service and no way to contact for emergency

اتنصب عليا ودفعت من الكرديت واتخصم من الرصيد ومازالت مطالب بسداد الفاتورة لشركة الكهرباء. وقدمت شكوى على ماى اتصالات وجالى رسالة تم حل الشكوى والحقيقة مازلت مطالبة بالفاتورة من على ماى إتصالات
