Often enough we are unable to control our emotions, let's help change that. By being conscious of your emotional state and what drove you to it is an important first step in emotional regulation. We aim to assist you on a better emotional you by helping you categorise and write down what you felt, how you felt and what drove you to it. This then aids you in being more conscious of what your triggers are, all leading to a better you!
