Unable to buy tickets on the app since the latest update. Tried multiple cards and no luck 🤷🏻‍♀️

If ya like jokes get this app, what’s funny is rarely accurate and in this modern era of pinpoint gps they rely on other riders or radar or something unreliable whatever that is.

used to just use my apple pay and it worked perfectly , now with this "easier payments" update, my apple pay doesnt work and neither does my credit card, all it does is say payment failed every single time no matter how many times i try and add my cards. how is this easier when so many people are not able to pay for their tickets anymore?? now i have to either hope the bus driver lets me on without a ticket or walk 2 hours to work every day. ridiculous. should have kept the old way of paying because this update is stupid.

After May14th update, Apple Pay has stopped working for me. Adding a card works but I need to remember Cvv every time which is a hassle. Please fix the issue.

I can’t purchase my bus pass on here anymore, it says error and then takes my money from my account and refunds me right after. What’s the point of having an app to purchase tickets if you can’t even purchase tickets on it? It was fine before the “update”.

They updated the app to make payment “easier” but instead broke the payment system. Now any time I use Apple Pay it says payment failed. They broke something that was working perfectly fine before. What a waste of tax dollars.

Apple Pay doesn’t work anymore. Just get “payment failed”. Had to scramble to add a card before bus got here.

Apple Pay stopped working

Suddenly, I can’t pay with Apple Pay anymore.

I’m joining everyone else here ever since the update on May14 I haven’t been able to purchase tickets through the app. Tried all possible options to update my address and add credit card and always get “payment failed” super annoying! Nothing ever works well with YYC transit. I’m frustrated.
