My FusionNet Broadband

Initially 2 months it worked well. In May-2023, every alternate day it stops working. Customer care guy will call and say plz check this in your router and bla bla. They doesn’t support on sunday. Whenever call on local number they will come only when it is convenient to them not to the customer.

Fraud company. The internet doesn’t work. Have been complaining since an year now. Neither do they fix the net nor return the money. Some Sudhanshu from technical support calls & he knows nothing about anything & is high on attitude. Basically they keep the money and then tell u to take a ride.

It has been 2 months and still they are not returning the security deposit. I know its a small amount but still. Nonsense company.

Unable to view downloaded invoice. When click on View, nothing happen. Please fix this bug asap.

If you are planning to install this network in your home then let me tell the net works only for the first two days and after that it will be very slow i took 100 mbps plan for a year and its giving 3 max when i checked , i changed it within a month to other network let my money go away atleast i will have internet

This app is just as useless as their broadband services. Whatever you do in the App, it ends up in error, failure or server not reachable all the time. You can’t even pay for monthly bill using this useless app.

I have been using their internet devices from past 3 years and I have no regrets to say that services offered by them is pathetic. I had given 0 star it that was an option. The only reason why I am using this as I don’t have any other option around but this is a really terrible internet services. Pls avoid taking their services as it’s useless for the price that you pay.

These people change the router setting for low speed ..whenever u call customer care they will make changes in ur router and speed retains for some time ..when u working in 2.4g they will tell check speed in 5g and when u r in 5g they will ask for 2.4g ..not good services

Very poor UI and features..another product Comway has same UI and features.. no innovative ness.

I’ve been facing issues with them for over 2 months now because of lack of internet connectivity. Every time they say that Sir you’ll be needing a router and then the range will get better. This time I got router for Rs 1400 and then for two days the speed was nice. I thought things are better so as my billing cycle approached I made a quarterly payment of Rs 2517 thinking now that router is installed I won’t have any problem. As soon as I made the payment, things started escalating in a pathetic way and my internet connection has gone for a toss. I hate Fusion net and they are fraud. Please don’t install their internet. I called customer care, mailed them with videos but they don’t have any answers except for excuses. They made a good out of my money and are FRAUD
