My Global Flowers Delivery

I couldn't wait for the delivery and picked up the flowers by myself, but I was impressed about Fleuriste 's presentation and how lovely they are. Thank you so much!

Fraudulent business, delivered flowers don’t match what invoiced online. Because it’s worldwide they use local stores to make bouquets &deliver flowers. Local store receives half of money only! The other half pocketed by MyGlobalFlowers and /or Interfone flowers who phones with the order to the local store in Windsor, UK. Local store beeing used as a tool in fraudulent activity without knowledge. I had to investigate and contact local store to figure out what exactly happened. My global flowers were replying with blame the victim attitude but stopped when I requested refund. Currently they are reported to police. Never use them! Apple Store should take a notice because one of the reasons I ordered with My global flowers was their app in Apple Store. I trusted the Apple Store reference. Big mistake.

I truly love this app, honestly I’ve been kind of lost before to send flowers, for my darling in other country! specifically in Korea. I would recommend this app! and im about to send flowers to my mom too

I waited 3 days to try and have a delivery made to a friend. Never happened. They don’t seem to have a good network at least in Colorado. Updates were slow and ultimately we had to cancel the order. You’re better served calling a local florist.

I've been trying to order two flowers, neither of them not delivered. Every day I was lied to that they will deliver tomorrow and tomorrow and lasted one week. They don't take any responsibility. I lost a relationship because of them

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. They were never delivered and there was no communication on the status of my order. When I reached out to customer service, they did not help me and stopped responding. Unacceptable customer service and terrible company

How to delete this horrible app??

I tried to use this company for a funeral that took place on a Sunday. Because their webpage Guarantee’s a 24/7 delivery due to their huge floral network. On my Saturday order they said they found a florist to took the order. No flowers showed up on Sunday. I had to track them down on Monday to find this out. And then they said they would only give me a partial rebate. I went to my bank and got a full rebate. This business is just a Internet presence and broker’s orders for flowers. They have no real relationships with florists. And thus no real help in managing the florist. And please don’t bother with your AI response “we’re sorry for this situation, please contact us”. I did for three days with you and you did nothing!
