The idea of having a residents app is a good one; book amenities, log issues, receive delivery notifications, etc… unfortunately the execution is piss poor and the app is slow and temperamental. App development is not as expensive as it used to be, let’s sort this out please!

It is horrible app. I have tried every possible ways to sign in but I could not 😭

Can not sign up

The app work most of the time, ask if I want a tour for the app every time I open it, and they deliberately make making requests confusing, but all these makes no difference, because the customer service behind it is terrible. I requested a repair a few months ago and different people came and checked a few times, it is still not fixed, not to mention they never tell you when are they coming, and if they did, they never show up on that day, usually a few days later. Another time something happened on the other app Urban Relay, which is something do with packages delivered, it told me something arrived but when I checked nothing was in the locker, and when I ask if they can check what happened, they just said there is nothing because I opened the locker already. So, the whole thing is quite pointless, not because of the app, but the people behind it, only use if you have to.

I’ve tried to reinstall the app many times and I can’t seem to log in. It always shows an error message. I do follow the steps to forget the password so that a code can be sent to my email however I do not get an email no matter how many times I try. On the other hand, my husband was able to get this sorted quite quickly on his phone, not sure why I can’t access it as well.

Let alone using the app

Similar to others you can’t log in and it the password resend option doesn’t send you an email. Have since deleted the app as it can’t be used and will go back to the okd fashioned telephone if need be
