Error Game

Hey, I just installed the game and when I just leveled up Grumpy it freezed in the level up screen and doesnt appear any level number, only Grumpy and the line where the levels are suppose to be, is that a bug or what? It always appearing, I would like to keep playing it because it looks funny but it doesnt let me, could you check up that error? Thank you. ~Aurora
