My Health at Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt health team is incompetent. If you want to be drove crazy by people’s stupidity this app is for you.

This app is the perfect way to handle your healthcare options. It offers appointment scheduling and reminders; a list of your current prescriptions; actively assigned physicians, and the ability to communicate with them; the options to pay any balances; test results, and many other great features that help you manage your healthcare.

Having used several other health provider’s apps, I can verify that NONE of them give me the access and ease of use that MyHealth at Vanderbilt does. I have ease of access with all my providers, ability to monitor my labs (with trend charts included), an accurate list of all my meds and allergies, and contact information for all of my providers (many). Being wheelchair or bed bound, the telehealth option right on the app has revolutionized my appointments. I share my info with my sister and POA so they can also know what is going on. I highly recommend it!

This app is the number one reason I go to Vanderbilt. The providers and care are great, but having coordinated care that’s tied into the app truly helps me manage my health concerns.

The Vanderbilt Portal is awesome… I have been exposed to lesser medical portals over the years, but nothing to compare with this portal… I drive about 300 miles one way for serious health care by serious people…

Getting information about testing is my favorite part of My Health @ Vanderbilt. Communication with doctor’s and medical staff seems to be efficient. I would be surprised if the service received lower that five stars. Try it.

I am satisfied with the access to my medical Help. Very helpful feature. It could be easier to access initially but overall navigation is excellent.

I recently was referred by my dentist, not affiliated with VUMC (for whatever reason Vandy seems to think EVERYTHING is covered by my insurance by Dental [not true]), to a very well known hospital for oral surgery to prepare for dentures; at 36 y/o nonetheless. Long story short their entire ‘system’ as they call it is absolutely, without a doubt, in the negatives on a scale 1-10! The My Health at Vanderbilt app is so convenient and easy, and I am so happy to still have my ALL-STAR team of doctors here, all of which teach the upcoming doctoral student graduates. I’m so lucky for them, to be alive to this day, and for this app! Thanks again!

The app is very easy to use. Much better than using the “no help” desk. I can chat in real time.

I enjoy the app I recommend moving the send button to the top of the screen not the right lower corner and move the cancel button on the messages to the bottom because that’s what the user see and used to find in other apps so after typing the message we click cancel instead of send. Thanks
