Why can’t I use this to pay my bill?

Imagine if you wanna check IDD usage... where is it??? it is hidden somewhere, and it gives me “system failed”

自從大改版之後冇一次成功打開過個app，咁都算啦，依家更新幾次之後都係咁，檢討下啦！

Visa check out is horrible. Impossible drag the bar to checkout. App is slow and worst the the one before.

This app doesn't provide anything more than what I can get online. Why doesn't HKBN provide access to webmail? Only available through mail server.

waiting for iPhone 5 version and the screen now really looks awkward

Despite the app description stating it's in English, the app is only in Trad Chinese. I like apps like this to pay my bills, etc., but have to wait for the update for English version...
