Worst stay and you won’t get your deposit back
Do not make mistake to stay in Hooliv. No customer service, no response on both email and phone number provided on their website. They are only active at the time of booking and collecting monthly rent. Whenever you ask for any service help during the stay.. they keep on delaying the things. No timely cleaning no proper assistance. Now it’s been almost 2.5 months that I haven’t received my deposit back. There managers are hardly responsive and diverting to other person… still chasing. I made a mistake choosing their property or service.
