My HooLiv

Do not make mistake to stay in Hooliv. No customer service, no response on both email and phone number provided on their website. They are only active at the time of booking and collecting monthly rent. Whenever you ask for any service help during the stay.. they keep on delaying the things. No timely cleaning no proper assistance. Now it’s been almost 2.5 months that I haven’t received my deposit back. There managers are hardly responsive and diverting to other person… still chasing. I made a mistake choosing their property or service.

Do not visit

Showing error while launching the app to update to latest version. But there is no update available in App Store. Was also not able to raise a query in previous version.

They have turned a blind eye to the ios version, no updates available on the App Store but the app asks to update the app. 0/10

Showing so many errors while booking slots,Raising any queries etc..after installing the update version app, same error is showing like update to new version.
