Love this game but 90% of the time I can’t get into the maternity centre

I love this game I do but sometimes you run out of storage and it becomes hard for u to do things.

I was enjoying the game until a bug caused someone else to play my hospital, spending coins and diamonds, expanding in areas I did not want expansion at that time and changing hospital name. Reported it to customer services. After several messages, pictures etc i deleted the game and got a new id when I reinstalled. I was able to select progress from previous game without the id changing and customer services located and rectified the bug. They gave me some compensation for the problems encountered and now the game is playing well. Only ‘fault’ now is the big jump in cost of machines for laboratory. Since coins gained from curing patients is quite low it takes a long time to get the amount needed to buy new machines. I don’t usually mind paying for some diamonds but after encountering that bug I have decided that I will not be doing that again with this game, so I just keep changing my strategy to build up coins, watch as many videos as possible to get diamonds etc. progress has slowed but at least its now my game.

i love this game however just wondering if anyone else has been coming on and loosing diamonds and coins without actually buying anything!! i’m sure it’s a glitch but wondering if anyone else experienced the same

If possible, increase the coins one can earn for treating patients. Please make it possible for users to borrow/loan equipments for a period of time. VIP should come every 2 hours or so More incentives to win coins

Fun game however recently keeps crashing (screen is white whenever i open the app) so i can’t play.

This was a great game but since around 1/2 weeks ago the game play has become frustratingly difficult. I now cannot seem to earn enough positive energy to send patients to testing stations therefor advancing the game play. Unfortunately it’s now become unplayable.

This is a great game but since the update it keeps crashing which means I can’t play for more than a couple of minutes before it crashes.

Really am enjoying this game but find it very frustrating that it keeps crashing on me. Please can anything be fixed so I can carrying on enjoying the game. 😍

Missing quite a lot of improvements You should redo the reception challenge awards when you reach the last medal. Time Challenges when patients don’t get cured Cures take so long. Not really fair to keep relying on purchases from gamers. Should keep your weekend freebies going every weekend. Why is this not happening? Haven’t seen lab lunacy in months. Would be good to share hospital items with others too. Do love the game though very funny when sound is on. Thought I had sent the above review. But adding another star to thank you for bringing back weekend time limited events. Was super super happy to see these return 😊😊😊
