No Face ID. Seriously outdated. Not able to easily pull up polices. This app stinks.
NO: Face ID for quick entry NO: Option to pick text rather than email for verification. Email is not always available or quick. As a text message is quite quick. NO: Saving to password keychain, not a memory of you ever signing in to the app. Hard to think in this day and age, that they expect you to have so many passwords and remember which one you used for which app. Still SMH
I would need to open this quickly and easily if I was either pulled over or in an accident, but there does not seem to be any Face ID or other login retention. I will have to save the password somewhere else in the phone so I can copy and paste it into this app.
This app used to be great for paying bills. A recent update now has you verify your email every time you log in. When paying your bills, you are brought to a website where you have to manually type in our policy number. A payment process that used to take seconds, now takes five minutes.
Go to verify with my six digit code and all I get is please wait then technical issue please contact administration
The desktop tool has a lot, and the app displays the functions well. Great updates recently.
Good app, easy to pay bill and check on policies
Ok to see information but the ‘Pay bill’ isn’t working.
Cannot make online payments .so what good is the app
Can’t even sign up for the app because it asks a security question and there’s no way to submit it. The button never changes from “item” in the top right. Fix this crap.
