If an app is no longer supported, why not remove it from the store? …and while you’re at it, where’s the replacement?

What a piece of junk. Screens freeze, impossible to use. Website doesn’t seem to work either. Unbelievable for a large company in this day and age !!

Since the update the app is completely broken. It’s been months and Irish Life have done nothing to fix this. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

This worked when it was the original Irish life platform, but since the recent updates this is garbage. Same experience as others. Links are outdated, email addresses to contact bounce back and you have to authenticate twice.

The new update renders what was an excellent app now totally useless. Face ID is gone, no option for it or to save login details so you input email address and password. This app is nowhere near ready for customers with their life savings, a very worrying decision to update this in the condition it is presented to us.

Menus are terrible, you tap on something and it opens something else. Also you need to log in twice with the same credentials (2nd login doesn’t allow to use password saved on keychain), how is that more secure? Really a case study in bad UX design.

I’m not sure when the change was made but the app is no longer fit for purpose. Won’t show transaction history. Freezes. The top banner gets stuck in the middle of the screen. It also won’t recognise my password from my keychain. Shockingly bad. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it’s still being awful. About to remove it from my phone completely because it’s just taking up space and offering no value.

Terrible App needs huge improvements

I’d be embarrassed if I was overseeing the development of this app. Issues are too numerous to list. Horrendous user experience. A final year student could do a better job if this was a project of theirs…

The app never works, disappointing for a professional services company like this.
