It Worked For Me
This app on its own is not going to stop you smoking, but it helped me a lot. I’m over 6 years off cigarettes and I still use the app to remind myself how long I’m off them, how many cigarettes I haven’t smoked, how much I’ve saved and the progress of the health benefits from not smoking. So be realistic about this. The first week was relatively easy… between the end of the first week and the next three weeks was very difficult and took hard work. But once I got past the 28th day it turned a corner and got much easier. For about a year or two I would still get occasional urges to smoke, after that I stopped thinking about them. I feel so much better not. I’m not tired, when I get a flu I’m not congested as much and it certainly isn’t the horrible black congestion I used to have, I recover faster too. My breathing is much much better. The only reason I am here now writing this review is because my sister and her friends asked me for the name of the app and I wanted to make sure it was still available. As I said, this app isn’t going to make you stop smoking, but it does help and it is a good way to track your progress.
