This is a terrible application poorly developed and forever not recording when it says it has. This really needs addressed and is not fit for purpose!

Should be able to load in a logbook via spreadsheet. Product assumes you are using the app for every trip. In reality this isn’t practical and makes the app cumbersome to use when loading trips after the fact

The latest update is a great improvement - especially the option to pre-fill logbook trips

Functionality in the app has really improved since the update. Great work! For the logbook, it would be great for the app to autofill your location and also list recent locations by proximity to you. Also, for the next trip, prefill the last end location for the new start location as a default.

This app hasn’t been updated in years. Every time I go to use the app it makes me set up a new passcode (like I haven’t done it a hundred times before). For such a large company it is disappointing that you cannot keep this app up to date.

App doesn’t accept the supplied user credentials to log into the app. No contact details of how to resolve this with Leaseplan

Really poor app that is very glitchy and constantly denies access for login. Nothing is easy and what info is in it, not that there’s much, is often incorrect. Basically useless.

App just keeps crashing a second after it opens. Very poor

I have been asked to log in and setup a pin at least 10 times in a month! The app doesn’t support Face ID and majority of the data on the app doesn’t match the desktop version.

Great idea if it was well executed which it is not. Consistently logs you out. Consistently gives you error messages like ‘Authentication failed your account has been locked due to too many failed log in attempts try again in 1 hour’ even if you haven’t logged in for days. Forces you to reset and set convoluted passwords frequently. Once you are in, poor layout and only basic information awaits you anyway. Don’t bother downloading.
