Too slow
I love this game, but every time I do a task it just takes too long. Can you please make it faster? Like I am begging you, just please please PLEASE make it faster. Like as example I am trying to play a game, but the pony is doing a task.
An annoying bug would pop up 24 / 7.
Every time I opened the app two or a few times, I would often get an advertisement of the “bundle” which contains characters of an event, or other products to collect in an expensive price such as gems and coins / bits. I’m scared to reset the game all over again and I have this issue since August 2023! After I closed the advert, it would show me a loading screen with a pink, horseshoe bouncing up and down slowly, which can take for more than a few minutes. It wouldn’t show me ANYTHING, until I refreshed the app the third time since it’ll turn back to normal afterwards! This loading screen would appear out of nowhere after taking a few hours, or even before seeing the last few dialogues of a character as a part to close up a “story” of a specific event! (Without the advert)
Clear skies bugging
The clear sky game already kicked me out 5 times today causing me to lost chances to play them and each bolt needs 40minutes to obtain so having to wait two hours just for the game to kicked me out is pissing me off , I hope you fix this bug !!!

Sudden shut down of the game
The current update featuring pet for the pony is too heavy to run. Always cause the app to shut down itself. It cause me my chance in mini game once I want to play it shut, then when open the game back, as if you have played your chance there.
Why does rush hour recharge change to 1 hour?!
When i first got my royal subscription the rush hour recharge is 6 minutes, which is okay but then why the new update changes it to 1 hour? I just don’t understand why it has to be that way. I guess it is not worth it to buy the royal subscription

I have updated the latest version then I realised some ponies that I bought with gems before this went back to the store :( I’m disappointed that I have to collect them all over again when I already bought them in mlp old version and I lost my interest to play mlp new version. Please fix this

It's extremely fun~ But I met a problem that is I didn't get my character "Mullet" after I had finished the Klugetown mission because of Internet problem. It causes my task can't carry on. I feel so sorry for it. And I hope this problem could be sort out, I'm really appreciate it~
