Rest all ok i have made few complaints fr the firt time thy come n inspect the problem n says vll come back wth the products which need to b fixed and they never came

App is very slow

I’ve used many other gate management systems in other apartments. I’ve never used something as big-ridden, as clunky and as user-unfriendly as the Lodha app.

Too many steps to simply invite a guest and then you can’t directly send the invite, need to screenshot and send the pic to a guest. Pain to use, designed by someone who’s completely disconnected to the end user. A negative review if possible would be apt for this painful app that Lodha residents have to use

Never works. No pre approvals can be seen.

Worst developer what they show on sale and what they delivered is totally different no management any complaints on the unit they divert to the customer care and the customer care will fool you this happened that happened their job is to make people fool

App has unnecessarily long load times, hangs a lot and visitor pre-approval has stopped working completely after the last update.

Everything is a show from Lodha Group, once you buy anything, you’re trapped and the experience from Great Sales to absolute Torture of an After Sales Services makes me regret ever dealing with them. Pathetic is the word, even so called platinum customer service desk would not bother to work on the issues, and close cs ticket. Would not be dealing with them ever again.
