Staff at Bugis
I went there at 7 and took a number but as I have prior appointment, I went back after my appointment at 9.30 pm after closing time. There weee 3 staff left and one of them assisted me to link my email so I can receive my verification code as I paid at 7 eleven and it will not be immediate and my services was suspended. Very grateful to this bespectacled staff who went the extra mile to help me.

Rubbish app for equally rubbish company.
Want customers to go paperless but until now cannot get the app right. Logged out after app update. Slow to load. Graphic glitches. Data not showing. This applies to both platforms. I use both platforms. Paper bill is still better but needed to pay. It’s like paying for incompetence. Broadband is still at 2.5 gbps when others already offer 10. What a joke.
Full of bugs
For having the most expensive plans, they have the worst software, plan options, customer service and T&Cs of any telco

The plan is a joke
the plan wasn‘t cheap and always charge a lot extra here and there?? I didn’t even apply for some extra service and charge me without any notification. So M1 this is the way you earn your customer‘s money?
Very limited services
App does not provide all the services needed. If need recontract, it will redirect to website. Then website sometimes buggy. Call customer service; it will be directed to a bot that does not even provide the right options for the problems you need. Service standards have dropped. Don’t know where to find help anymore. In the name of cutting costs, M1 is undermining itself.
Just annoying
The app doesn’t let you set up an automatic monthly payment, seems like that should be an easy thing to do…
