They want feedback, advert on their drinks machine then you download app to give feedback and they aren't accepting any...

This app is OK for feedback, but the McDonalds app has the same feature - as well as sweet deals!! Would recommend getting that one instead.

Had an awesome McD’s combo meal with McNuggets from Greenlane store. Excellent service, excellent food. Best McD’s in ages. Very fresh, very tasty & hit the spot. Then decided to stop at Massey Road McD’s for dessert. Only to find they didn’t have a machine to keep the “Milky Bar” chocolate at the correct temperature. Apparently, it’s broken. So, NO white top chocolate. Only brown (which is quite translucent looking. So, thin on chocolate mix). There’s always “something” at this store “not working” or “run out” or “being cleaned”. McD’s ice cream Ads are everywhere, enticing people to buy & you get there & have only the brown chocolate choice. Sad! Let’s see how long it takes to “fix” their machine.

Thought would treat the kids and meet them for lunch. What a mistake! Angus burger was disgusting. Soft bun, horrible meat. Two slivers of red onion as the vegetables in a burger. The floor, table, chairs were all dirty. Had to try three toilets to get one with paper. Had a lime shake. Lime colour maybe but tasted like chemicals. Yuk!

Would like it if the rewards we something other than a frozen coke, fries or an ice cream

Why exactly does the app need to access my location? I'm capable of reviewing the relevant store by typing the location in, thanks. You have no need, at all, to access this data. Fix it.

This app was good until the last update and now when I open it and try and do a review it doesn’t load and glitch’s

It’s an alright app but every tome I go on to do the feed back my rewards comes only frozen coke or ice cream cone like it also be a Big Mac, cheeseburger or like a Angus burger or something

Lincoln road Henderson is missing so I am unable to do feedback. I contacted McDonald's about this who said it would be there, but it's still not

What is the point in asking if we want to be contacted about a review and NEVER actually get contacted! Also why only offer one item option for what we've ordered. Most people order a combo, so if something's wrong with more than one thing- how do we show this??? Rewards also need to be available a bit longer than 2weeks. Not everyone lives in a city to take advantage of this!
