They don’t really care, technical staff isn’t helpful. They don’t have speedy net. Pretty below the average

The app works perfectly fine. You can check your usage and billing details/invoices. The layout is simple and easy to use. Keep up the good work!

This app don’t open total waste of time tried 5-6 times not good

Simple layout of app provides easy access to basic details regarding the account. Ability to change customer contact details e.g mobile, email address etc and ability to view bills would make the experience much better.

I'm not sure why they even have an app, it doesn't even open.

It normally doesn’t work. You have to wait and try again and again for some specific task

I've been using the Nayatel app for a while, but unfortunately, the recent update has caused consistent crashes upon startup. It's frustrating because I rely on this app for managing my Nayatel services. I hope the developers address this issue promptly and release a stable fix. 🙏
