Done every step that is told doesn’t work horrible remote for something that doesn’t work

My controller was working fine then it started to take multiple button pushes for any button to work. Then it just stopped working all together. When I try to reconnect it with the app, I get nothing from the chat. I refresh the chat and nothing happens. No words, no chat, no help options. Now I have a useless $60 remote with no support on how to fix this.

What is up with this App? The remote control that I’m trying to connect to my TV is not connecting as the app keeps saying, “ sorry looks like there’s an error. Try again later” i literally just downloaded the app! There’s no main menu or anything. How annoying.

I mean, can’t even get the remote to pair. It claims to take up to 30 seconds to locate the remote and not even a second goes by before it says it can’t find the remote. I can add via Bluetooth without issue. The app doesn’t work.

I have no idea what went wrong here but this app was a pain in the @22 to use.

Smart Control Pro remote is junk and doesn’t connect to the app. Tried multiple iOS devices and finally got it to connect. Only to encounter the worst setup UI in the world - and it still won’t connect to my tv. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Suspicious of all the other reviews in here that are positive.

Via App setup for remote was easy as 1 2 3.

The app doesn’t work. It can’t update the software thus you can’t setup the device.

I bought a new remote and this app is a horrible user experience. The AI chat interface flat out doesn’t work. It won’t update the remote. It won’t allow me to retry when it fails so I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time I want to retry. In the end it didn’t work and I have to return the remote.

This is quite possibly the worst configuration app I've ever used. The "assistant" doesn't understand or use any commands beyond what the guided flow offers you. If a device setup fails, it just says "oops, try again." And when I try again it thinks there are active devices and doesn't resume the setup process that failed. When I try going to "My Devices" post failure, it says "No devices." Uninstalling and reinstalling allows me to get back to the setup but when it finds my device it wants to update the remote but then fails with the same "oops, try again later" garbage.
