My OKC Utilities

Many times my profile and bill will not show.

I have deleted then reinstalled the app, it has been updated but continues to stay in the blue “Loading” mode.

I need this app to work on my iPad. For some reason it stopped working. When I try to login it closes.

Love the convenience, hate the functionality it times out too much and is outdated

Every time I try to sign on into the app, the app just disappears on me and it won’t let me ever get on it so I have to just go to the utilities website to pay my bill and this is been going on for about four or five months

The app crashes everytime i login. I have been going to the website for months ! Apparently OKC Utilities does not care or want to fix this app. It’s unusable!

I can’t easily find a way to specify a payment date on the app. Disappointing.

Why don’t they have an app home page link for “service days” (INCLUDING HOLIDAY make up!)? Trash Recycle Big trash The only thing more important would be to see and pay your bill. I bet over 90% of all visits are for: SERVICE DAYS & YOUR BILL w/pay You can’t find holiday make up days!!!

This app is the best it is so easy to navigate im not very savvy with electronics and I make it.

The app was fine until last month when an update was done and now the app won’t open on my iPad, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won’t open
