This app is very hopeful :)
Disappointed that I have signed in with ONE. The app does not resemble the pictures in their help guides. Trying to setup a direct debit electronically but alas to no avail. Chat bot is hopeless and gets stuck in a loop causing more frustration which I happily take out on the human who answers the phone considering this is the whole scenario I was trying to avoid. Constantly put on hold while finding answers to basic questions. In summary. App appears to have been designed and layout created by a toddler
Data sera says ‘an error has occurred. Pull to retry’ but nothing fixes it.
They literally are so useless
Born in New Zealand I find it disturbing and disrespectful to force Maori language on people, it should be a choice, as it it every other country in the world. To not have translated what is said in emails etc, by random words and not saying hello, or calling this country by its known world wide name, which people will be able to say. One ethnic group is not above any other, that would be considered racism. Other countries let you choose, why must people here have it thrown at them, it’s getting worse. You’re called One New Zealand, that’s our name, each to his own ethnicity.
I tried to top up on Flexiplan but app froze then came up with error message unable to complete the process. Tried twice more and succeeded on 4th attempt. 6 hrs received 2 texts stating my plan had uodated. Checked my credit card and had paid twice. After talking to customer support I decided to remove my credit card from their system. Now the app won’t let me do that. Spoke to customer support who removed it at their end but the card still shows on the app. Do NOT trust this app … it will hold your credit card and you may pay more than once
WARNING! Do not purchase this service. I had bought a total of 40$ worth of CREDIT! I had check my account detailed usage and it was set to be at a total of 7.20$ spent. BUT! My balance is now at 1.20$? When I called customer service, I had apparently used all my TXT and CALLS. I hadn’t, unless their own APP that THEY designed is INCOMPETENT!!!! Where did the rest of my credit go?! Will I get a refund? Probably not. It was MY fault for CHOOSING One NZ stay safe and choose a different service!!!!!
Firstly the rates when your plan is on hold are wild 50 cents per megabyte which is wayyy to much then you have the bugs which appear to just make money vanish I topped up $35 after flexing my plan they charged my card then gave me nothing for it no data texts or mins then refused to give me a refund or give me the plan that I purchased which means that they effectively sold me nothing which if I’m not mistaken is fraud
