My Orange Romania

I have been trying to cancel my contract since September with no success. The response I receive every time I contact them is someone will call you within 6 days and they never do. Maybe by putting this review they may actually call. I no longer have the Romanian phone number on my phone so I gave them my new number to call. To keep my credit score good I have paid for a service I no longer have and I don’t appreciate the lack of service. I would not recommend signing a contract.

Astăzi am cumpărat un celular pt mama mea și pot sa spun ca am fost servita impecabil,personalul f amabil,profesional și cu multă răbdare in a explica in detalii absolut totul.De fiecare data cind ma reîntorc in Piatra Neamț ,orașul meu natal merg numai la acest magazin Orange pt ca am fost și sunt servita cu multă atenție.Mulțumesc ! Vreau sa mentionez ca in trecut am fost și la alte magazine Orange și nu au dat dovada de profesionalism ca la acesta.

Eu sunt in afara Romaniei si de fiecare dată când merg in țară o folosesc!

Foarte deceptionat Am incarcat cu 12 euro, apoi cu 5 euro, pentru un pic de internet bonus doar momeala!?!? Va jucati cu cuvintele optiune, credit!
