Takes my money
I don’t use the app and do not have a subscription and they keep billing me twice a month. I have contacted them twice and nothing has happened, they keep charging me.
Scam
Purchasing coins only takes money but no coins are actually credited. This is a scam.
Scammers
Bought extra coins to be able to finish the story but I never received the coins. Contacted customer service who claimed they resolved the issue but I still never received my coins and never received my money back.
Expensive
Too expensive.
Nope!
Tried the free trial, nothing happened, no extra coins, nothing. Have been reading a story and every 8th hour next chapter unlocks. Now suddenly I MUST use coins to continue reading. The story was interesting but hell to the no will I give out more money than I already did… And the daily award… more like “some times award”…
One of the worst book apps
I tried the the one week free premium access, I got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for it.. nothing. No daily rewards the books cost exactly the same amount as when you don’t have premium access. 1000 coins a month?? So if you buy access for a week you get nothings? Well I hit nothing! And WHO in their right mind buy premium access for that sum?! 99kr (swedish currency) and what’s that, like 9 dollars a week. That’s an ridiculous large amount for absolutely nothing. The buyer gets nothing in return. No extra rewards no reduced price on books and the same crappy stories. It’s laughable.! So many better apps out there!
Takes money
This app is somehow taking money from me every month even though I’ve deleted it and never bought a subscription, and I can’t cancel anything because it doesn’t show up in my phone with the other subscriptions I have.
Scam
It’s a scam. You pay for coins you never get.
Rejected tax
When you read a book you don’t get your daily rewards and no help from customer service. Some of the books are good others not.
