Thank you for making this so easy! Cannot even say how difficult some of the other apps that I have tried. Thank you for making this so simple, yet effective!

Lost everything in my phone due to the phone carrier. Re-downloaded the app entered my password and everything is gone. I thought that was the whole idea that if lost you could log and get it. Very disappointed it has been a hassle to say the least. The old version worked on facial recognition and this one does not. I’m having to stop and log every time I need a password who wants that. so I’ll be looking for something better that won’t lose all my passwords

Why sell it at Apple, if it allegedly only works with Androids

Unable to see any info since the app update happened. I have tried all the ways to correct it and nothing is working

I am transferring from Android to IOS system, just purchased the Pro version in order to do this. I logged into the new phone, IOS system with the Password Pro account… what now?? I don’t see how to get my passwords loaded. Please some advice.

I set up the app, keep entering the PW and it tells me it is wrong. I kept screen shot in my notes since they tell you there is no way to recover the master PW (which in itself is ridiculous) It tried to do the reset password but the app tells me the info is incorrect. Considering I never entered a PW into it since I downloaded it yesterday...not sure how the answers can be wrong. Useless

I can’t understand why facial recognition is not supported.

I just purchased Family Pro, not sure why! This app is very underdeveloped, not easy to figure out, it has no instructions, i have ‘pocket’ which used to wallet, but the developer stop updating it, that was (is) the best password app, shame is no longer available, plus it was never available for Iphones. Hence why I’m stuck with this one on my iphone. 🤨
