App doesn’t work at all. I type in my password and it just refreshes the login in page. I’m considering switching doctors and leaving the Dignity Health system for a more user friendly process

Yall. The website doesn’t let me see my chart note and the app doesn’t let me sign in. Can’t win everything.

Unfortunately, the app is not functional.

Like others, this app is full of issues. The app asks for email and a password. Gives all the “information” you are required to either accept or reject. I have been at this for a couple days. Nothing works. Tried changing the password, the app says they will email a code, and I have 30 minutes to change the password. Problem is they never send to code. I need a reliable way to check my account. I need to access my healthcare information. I am left with out knowing the results of a very important medical procedure. My doctor quit working for Dignity and I have to wait for my Nurse Practitioner to call me for results. I have never had such poor communication from any other medical insurance.

Take that he has made so many changes over the years to access in your records that this app has become unusable. I might be able to reset through a password link to my email; the problem is it will only use the email address. I initially used a decade ago and I am retired from that job. Even though they have my current email address, they can’t use it to reset my access. Ridiculous

I am very tech savvy and cannot see any value add with this app. Even one of the photos for this app is an error, par for the course here! Pros Tests results are visible, though clicking for more information on the result (such as normal rang detail) is broken. Cons 1. Authentication occurs when the app directs you to the website to login. Why not just use the website, since we’re going there already? 2. Scheduling appointments directs you to the website. What’s the value add on this app? 3. Finding a doctor- directs you to the website. Why?

Almost unusable. MyChart is a much better application.

Today I tried to access my health records, but the system takes me to a page which asks me to choose where my hospital is located, and the choices don’t include where I live. It’s extremely frustrating.

If they are unwilling to take the time to ensure their patients remain connected without a hassle, then they have given us the perfect opportunity to switch providers. I’m not going to go to extra effort to regain access to a mediocre provider.
