Constantly having to change my password even though it’s right

Nothing but more more error messages! Can’t use face id to log in! Can’t deposit a check! It’s been 5 months since there has been an update and last one before that was a year ago! Ever since this app changed a year ago it has been terrible!!! Developer has done NOTHING TO FIX IT!! This is like my 4th review! And I have called!

The limitations to $3000 for a business account severely holds back ability to work remote and use Republic.

I have such a hard time depositing a money order with the mobile deposit feature, this is about the sixth time I tried. I have always been able to do it before. It will take the first money order that I deposit but won’t take the second one?

The app keeps giving an error for a internal system issue. Same when you try to use the web portal, it then directs you to call customer service yet no one is working over the weekend

I cannot reliably deposit checks via mobile because either the camera outline is offset and requires multiple captures of the check to fit and become readable or the app signs me out after each shot of the check, never getting to the completion of the deposit. I continue to be met with the solution of deleting the app and re downloading which is a major BUG. Please fix these very basic UX issues. As a customer you give no other choice but to use this very buggy app.

This app is still horrible and because of this and some other irritating issues with Republic Bank I’ll no longer be banking with you. Sometimes it’s more important to listen to your customers than to shove how you want things to be down our throats! Time to move on!

I use apple products and the app only allows for portrait view. The app didn’t use to work this way. Please fix it. When using he deposit a check is the only time you get a landscape view.
