I downloaded this app because you basically have to now if you ride public transit and live in North Bay. I find the app only works half the time and the rest of the time it doesn’t. I will select a ride and click to book it, and it will take me right back to the beginning and ask me to select a destination. I won’t receive a confirmation text message, and it will keep doing this over and over again. When the bus arrives the driver will not let me on the bus, because according to them I didn’t book a ride. I repeat, Garbage App. North Bay Transit, you should be ashamed of this product.
So whoever designed this app, I have a question did you not think to include the fact that some people might be stuck outside at -40 in the evening when it’s winter? it certainly seems like you didn’t because there are multiple times where I will see a bus that I am waiting for come into the terminal drop someone off or pick someone else up but not stay and pick me up because I have to wait another 17 minutes for to leave and finally come back again in case you don’t realize this is unacceptable. We should be able to have some more to wait which is our cities problem or the app should realize that you’re waiting I’m gonna drive the bus I’ll pick you up so at least you’re warm if that doesn’t seem like a problem to you that’s huge. Also I’ve had issues where sometimes it decides it doesn’t remember that my names in the system and then it glitches and I have to talk to someone and they try to book me in but they can’t look at my name because it says that my name doesn’t exist in your system even though when I login, I can see my name highlighted as the one I am supposed to have, this I would do it but that is unfortunately not an option and I don’t have a real good way to contact you so I am stuck leaving negative reviews and taking my Mayer to tell him how terrible your product is
Not accurate at all. Also half the bus drivers are grumpy and rude.
Have to regularly wait up to an hour for the bus to come. Sometimes there’s technical difficulties and can’t even order a ride. Just bring back regular bus routes!
I keep getting notifications from may1 2023 at least once a day, this doesn’t work well when I’m heading home from work on lakeshore as it doesn’t apply to that road I’m often required to wait 45 minutes where previously I could just stay on the bus
Cannot log in even after requesting temporary password which is texted to me. All possible emails do not work. Keeps coming up with “Invalid username or password. Please try again.”
this app doesn’t tell me anything i need to know about north bay transit
It doesn’t tell you when busses are coming. Terrible app
Couldn’t sign in back once its logout Staff also don't know how to solve
