My Scans PRO, pdf scanner app

You must make it available to give the user of your app ( which used to be user friendly but not anymore ) the option for folder custom rearranging as this feature was available and that’s what we paid for in App Store when using your app not to mention that your update made your app a bit different and it is not what I’m looking for in the app. Same goes to my collaborators who use your app. Number folder creating as you suggesting in your email doesn't serve the purpose your app used to serve. Please, do something about this issue cause you will see the users of your app go. Also pulling down the screen when searching the name of the file or the folder makes the camera appear very easy instead of continuing taping in the search what someone is looking for to find. This should not be so sensitive kicking you out of your search and instead of it popping up the window to take the picture. Also, in my opinion you should give the user the option to stay with the older version ( which is better ). Version if someone doesn’t like the new and if for someone the new version doesn’t work. Please, do something about these issues if you are interested in keeping your customers of your app. Your update lacks of features.

After working great for over a year, this stopped working for me. It seems to work like always, but the scans never reach the email boxes I try to send them to.

Cheater app

This was an awesome app and purchased it sometime ago...I bought a new phone and I had to the “Restore Purchase”, so I selected the button and it just spins. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stick with Genius Scan if you ever plan on upgrading your phone in your lifetime. I was told to download the version that I previously downloaded 🤯 so that means when you buy this app, it won’t be updated from the one you purchased! I erased and redownloaded this app and nothing. Waste of time and money.

Excellent app

I have been using this app to scan documents for the last 7-8 years. During my dad’s final years I was in charge of his bills and also had to scan them to be paid by a firm that hand his irrevocable trust that paid his bills for us. I used this app for lawyer’s forms and for my bills as well. This app was a godsend! It’s so easy to use! I highly recommend it!
