I keep getting directed to download this app when I sign into My Shaw Direct, only to get told it doesn’t work with Shaw Direct. SO STOP TELLING ME TO GET IT, OR FIX IT!!!!🤬. SERIOUSLY!

I keep getting directed to download this app when I sign into My Shaw Direct, only to get told it doesn’t work with Shaw Direct. SO STOP TELLING ME TO GET IT, OR FIX IT!!!!🤬. SERIOUSLY!
Had to reenter my data on the chat support many times and if you leave the app it times out and crashes.
I have to say. Ever since Roger’s bought Shaw it’s become. Nothing but a faceless corporation that spews lies. The biggest lie they like to say a lot is “Shaw never had payment arrangements neither does Roger’s”, as I was reading that I got an email notification that my payment arrangement was approved. Roger’s is extorting money from the poor. All of a sudden they think they are Epcor and can charge a $50 administration fee when your bill is late. Think about it, Who’s bills are most commonly late? It sure isn’t wealthy people, it’s low income people so now we have to pay an extra 50 for what? When I pay my bill my k tenet is back on in less than 30 seconds , so what are they doing with this “Administration Fee”? I’d like to know. I do plan on taking this matter to every possible height I can. Roger’s is the start of what is making people homeless. Rogers is one of the root causes. You can’t find a job without the internet anymore, you can’t even hardly communicate without the internet anymore, it’s sadly become a necessity in day to day life. I’m not far off from being there again. Last month Roger’s double billed me, I get less than 1k per month. I was billed 600$ because the first payment it said it failed and to try again. So like an idiot I did. Only to find it both Payments went through. All they do is give you the credit , may not be a big deal to a lot of people. But 600 is over half of my income. And I still have to pay rent , power. Oh and I did I forget I still need to eat. The Roger’s Family should be ashamed of themselves. They lied in the courts to obtain approval for this merger. But you know what? I have a lot of time in a day. And I am gone to escalate this extortion as far as I can take it. Something needs to be done about about these A-Holes that extort money from vulnerable communities. They are laughing all the way to the bank Their father would be disgusted. Rogers was at least a good company when he was alive Now it just a bunch of greedy brats running the show, manipulating everybody along the way.
App shows black screen Plus never remembers trust this device.

One 30 minute phone call. 3 apps and two verifications later payment was received in .07 seconds. Taking is easy, service isn’t great and the spam is abundant. Welcome to Shaw / Rogers where its all about giving.
App is good, but customer service chat is horrible. I had been disconnected twice and can’t go to history or connect to previous agent. It is very frustrating as I had to fill the form 4 or 5 times. Everytime when my phone changed from wife to data, I have been disconnected, had to log in into app again and whole my hour conversation with agent was lost and I had to start again.
Not working. Only black screen where you can do nothing. No change on reinstall. Used to be good. Now it’s trash
I tried signing into the app and then it sends me a code to my text message. The app goes blank when I come back into it to put in the code. Please fix
As noted by many others, chat support freezes, disconnects. Now on my fifth try for TV support.
