After entering payment details and submitting, all inputted details will disappear every time and payment wont go through and the page will hang. app hard to use

I have a package that u received 8 days ago and you have not uploaded it yet on my account. tracking no. 9505526515311037413585 And an ebay seller also sent me 1 package for 2 cards and you separate the upload on my account so I can pay shipping twice. Im not that dumb you know.

Don’t use this company if you purchase items such as flammables and liquids online. Compared to BuyandShip and ShippingCart, they flagged my fragrance purchases as flammables and refused to ship them. I had to pay $62 just to transfer them to ShippingCart since I never experienced this with them. What a waste of money!! Terrible experience overall.

I cannot create my own account. With error such as type mismatch and decode error.

Just started using their service in Jan 2019 and so far, having used all other shipping/freight services, I'm satisfied with MSB. Would've given 5 stars if only they consolidated the items as most freight companies do.

UNSYSTEMATIC. LIARS. STUPID. Worst delivery service ever. You coordinate with them via email for a more systematic delivery but either they do not respond or they do not try to understand what you’ve said. First instance was a delivery guy communicating past 9pm of a Friday asking you if you are available for delivery. Who delivers that late, right? I wasn’t able to get it and communicated to them and asked them about it, they got back to me telling me the delivery will be made the following day, 4pm at the latest. Delivery arrived past 7pm. Still, I appreciated the help and effort of the delivery guy that was why they were forgiven. Even sent an email of commendation for them to send the same delivery guy again on the next delivery as I owe him huge tip. Then second instance happened. Right after paying for the fees, I quickly sent an email instructing them that the delivery be sent any time between Monday to Friday as we are usually out on weekends. After two weeks, another delivery guy sends me an SMS ON A SATURDAY ASKING ME IF SOMEONE CAN RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. Told the guy no one’s home and that I sent an email about my unavailability on weekends. Guy said if there’s no one home that Saturday and the next day, the package will be returned to the head office. Fine! The last and final straw happened when another member of their team texted and asked for a new delivery address, TO MY SURPRISE, WHAT NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS?! ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE DELIVERY GUY WHO TRIED TO DELIVER DURING THE WEEKEND DECLARED TO THEM THAT I MOVED OUT OF THE ADDRESS I GAVE THAT IS WHY I WASN’T ABLE TO GET IT. UNSYSTEMATIC. LIARS. STUPID. P.S. Don’t dare connect to their Customer Service cos you will just get canned replies

Have been using their services for more than 3 years (app just few months) and its always been great. I have compared it to other similar services and this is the least expensive. Services is excellent. Customer service is great. I just wish they will add a service wherein a customer have an option to consolidate in one package all the separate deliveries received in the MSB address.
